Production FAQ
Staff:
Each campus has production staff responsible for all technical aspects of Sunday morning programming. Depending on requirements, each campus may have full-time staff, contract, or volunteer individuals specializing in Audio, Video or Lighting. There is a central production team that supports each campus with systems design, procedures, training, and maintenance.

Video Directing Strategy:
We leverage the use of two different video feeds to capture the service. The first is intended to support the live room environment as IMAG, which most often consists of close-up shots to support what’s happening on the stage. The second is a feed intended for an audience outside the auditorium, which includes more wide shots for context and is intended to convey the overall experience of what’s happening in the room.
Our current strategy is to have one director calling all shots versus two different directors calling shots for each audience. The switcher is configured to make the task as simple as possible by creating a “double-cut” with multi-camera macros.
