WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
Registration will open on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. It will remain open until the event is sold out or until the registration window closes on Sunday, May 5, 2019. If the event sells out, we will enable a waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.
HOW DO I BUY A TICKET?
Got to http://driveconference.com and click the “REGISTER” button. You will be redirected to our Eventbrite page, where you can purchase your ticket(s).
As an international guest, how do I purchase a ticket?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but our third-party credit card processor will not allow international cards at this time. However, we are happy to guide you through the registration process and then collect your payment. Please email the Drive team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a promotional code to access the “INTERNATIONAL” ticket. With this code, you need to log in to Eventbrite and register for the "INTERNATIONAL" ticket. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. You will also receive an email from Drive Conference with an embedded, secure form to collect your payment. We will send you a confirmation once we have processed the payment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
Included in your ticket is admission to the conference, lunch on Day Two, and all coffee and snacks available throughout the event.
CAN I CANCEL, TRANSFER, OR SELL MY TICKET?
As part of our registration policy, a full refund (less $50.00 per person) will be given for cancellations made on or before April 15, 2019. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after that date or for no-shows. To cancel your ticket, please email to the Drive team at email@example.com. Registrations may be transferred from person to person within your church or organization at no charge. Transferring or selling your registration to anyone outside of your church or organization is not allowed and will forfeit your entire registration. Registrations are not transferable to future conferences. Please do not ask the Drive team to make exceptions to this policy.
WHEN DO I REGISTER FOR BREAKOUTS?
We recommend that you select your breakouts right away—while you are registering for the event. You can choose from more than 30 breakouts that represent a variety of ministry areas. Pick what is best for your role. But hurry—the most popular ones will fill up quickly.
WHY DID A BREAKOUT I WANT TO ATTEND FILL UP?
Our breakout rooms vary in size and seating capacity. We have to cap the breakouts according to their assigned rooms. We cannot guarantee space in a specific breakout, so please register for your first-choice breakouts as soon as possible.
CAN I CHANGE MY BREAKOUT SELECTIONS?
Yes, you can change your breakout selections at any time while the registration window is open. Some of the breakouts will fill up quickly, so we encourage you to make your final selections as soon as possible.
MY PAYMENT ISN’T WORKING! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Oh, no! We are so sorry to hear that. Please email the Drive team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you with your payment.
WILL YOU HAVE TRANSLATORS?
At this time, we do not offer translators or translation services. Due to the disruption and discomfort this may create for the majority of our guests, no audible translations will be permitted in any breakouts or main sessions.
WHAT DO I NEED AT CHECK-IN?
Please have your Eventbrite confirmation email handy. You may need your government-issued ID showing your legal name.
WILL I RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL BEFORE CHECK-IN?
No. We will distribute all conference materials at check-in or during the event.
WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE VENUE?
The event venue is North Point Community Church located at 4350 North Point Pkwy., Alpharetta, GA 30022.
IS THERE A PARKING LOT?
Yes. North Point Community Church has plenty of free parking spaces available.
WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?
We recommend Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
HOW FAR AWAY IS NORTH POINT FROM THE AIRPORT?
North Point Community Church is approximately 36 miles north of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Atlanta traffic is unpredictable, so please allow at least one hour of travel time.
WHO IS SPEAKING AT THE CONFERENCE?
At this time, Andy Stanley and North Point’s leading communicators will be sharing our latest learnings and tools to help you take your ministry further faster.
A SPEAKER IS MISSING FROM THE ORIGINAL LINEUP. WHAT HAPPENED?
Emergencies happen and sometimes speakers have to cancel due to unexpected circumstances. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds due to speaker cancellations.
WILL THERE BE COFFEE ONSITE?
Yes! There will be free, delicious coffee available throughout the conference.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
In case you forgot to indicate your food restrictions at the time of registration, please log in to Eventbrite and update your ticket. If you have any questions please email the Drive team at email@example.com.
I'M INTERESTED IN BEING A VENDOR OR SPONSOR.
Drive Conference does not offer opportunities for vendor exhibitions or marketing at the event. Please email the Drive team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?
Historically, Drive Conference has sold out. We suggest securing your spot as soon as you can. While we do not assign seats, we want every guest to have a great seat and a fantastic experience. Because of this, we cap ticket sales so our environments are full but comfortable.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
We are unable to accommodate children at the conference, and they will not be allowed in the main sessions or the breakouts. Please make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs. If it is necessary to bring a nursing infant with you, a nursing room will be provided. You will need to arrange offsite childcare during non-feeding times.
I’M NOT ABLE TO ATTEND DRIVE CONFERENCE 2019. WILL YOU BE HAVING IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR?
In order to keep our content fresh and fulfilling, we host Drive Conference every other year. We encourage you to register for re:group Conference in 2020, and Drive Conference will be back in 2021.
Registration for the Drive Online experience will open in Spring 2019. Please stay tuned for more details.
